Joseph Crossno received President’s Awards for Leadership

Joseph Crossno, assistant director in the Office of Research Assurances, received the President’s Award for Leadership. The award is given annually to students and others representing the top leaders at WSU.

Recipients of this prestigious award demonstrate exceptional leadership and service to the university and the community, as well as to those who support leadership development in WSU students. As a reflection of the qualities representing this award, faculty who conduct research with human subjects and the Human Research Protection Program staff, which Crossno oversees, championed his nomination.

Crossno is among eight faculty and staff to receive the award. The award was also presented to 40 undergraduate students, 10 graduate students, three registered student organizations, and three community organizations.
