Interdisciplinary Connections Luncheon

March 9 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm PDT

You are invited to the Interdisciplinary Connections Luncheon on

Monday, March 9, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Elmina White Honors Hall

The Arts & Humanities Working Group through the Office of Research and The Pollart Center for Arts & Humanities invite WSU faculty to the second Interdisciplinary Connections Luncheon. Building on the energy and enthusiasm of our successful November 2025 event, this follow-up luncheon brings returning and new participants together for a more focused exploration of cross- and interdisciplinary collaboration possibilities.

This networking event is designed to spark collaborative relationships across disciplines and open pathways to new research and creative opportunities. The luncheon will feature a participatory installation project to help visualize interdisciplinary connections, followed by facilitated small-group discussions that strategically connect participants based on their research interests and expertise.

The luncheon also coincides with the launch of the new Interloper Grants program through the Office of Research, designed to support exploratory cross-disciplinary projects with funding for materials, travel, student assistance, and event costs.

RSVP below – lunch is provided.
