Thank you for participating in the first ever “WSU Qualtrics Summit” on February 18 and 19, 2019!

Our keynote speaker was Shelly Wymer, Director of the Office of Measurement Services at the University of Minnesota (UMN). Her presentation focused on survey governance in a University setting and the steps she has taken to improve Qualtrics governance at the UMN. As head of UMN’s University Survey Advisory team, Ms. Wymer has been leading the efforts to govern surveys across the UMN system since 2010 with the goals of reducing survey fatigue and increasing response rates.
