SUMMARY:STEM EDUCATION WORKSHOP
DESCRIPTION:Share ideas\, define goals and activities\, and begin to develop a university-wide strategy for advancing STEM education at WSU. We expect to form 3-4 workgroups during this workshop for the purpose of pursuing substantial interdisciplinary grants to support STEM education initiatives\, including underrepresented and nontraditional student access to STEM education. The goal is to work collaboratively on evidence-based practices that will enhance\, and indeed transform\, STEM education at WSU. \nLunch will be provided.
