Investigators and administrators should follow the procedures outlined in <a href=\"https:\/\/research.wsu.edu\/operations\/resources\/fixed-price-agreements-distribution-of-residual-balance-process\/\">Guideline #33<\/a> and, when required, complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/research.wsu.edu\/operations\/documents\/2026\/08\/fixed-price-contract-residual-balance-questionnaire.docx\">Residual Balance Questionnaire<\/a> (.doc) to initiate the review process.
