This is the enrollment form for the Evidence Based Policing certificate. These questions are to help our Teaching Team deliver the most appropriate and relevant information, and no answers are intended to prevent or deny participation. As a reminder, officers will work with a department mentor to identify a needs area, develop an intervention, implement and evaluate the intervention, and adapt or pivot for optimal departmental results.

Please note that both Student and Mentor registration for the course is required, and the $7,500 course fee covers access to the course for both individuals.

The application deadline is September 30, 2023. Space is limited, so apply today! Upon application acceptance, your department will be invoiced for registration. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions on the program, the form, or while we’re in the application review period.
