SUMMARY:Research Week: Alternative Funding Sources - When Federal's not Forthcoming
DESCRIPTION:Faculty share their experiences – the unique paths they took to obtain research funding. With the changing climate for federal funding\, diversifying your funding portfolio could provide stability to your research endeavors. Join us to hear a faculty panel of researchers who\, in some way\, faced a brick wall when pursuing traditional federal sources\, but successfully and creatively navigated their own approach to funding their projects. They will share the challenges they faced and their ultimate successes with state\, county\, industry\, association\, and/or private foundation funding sources. \nRSVP to let us know you will attend!
