Palouse Knowledge Corridor to host program for business model development

The Palouse Knowledge Corridor presents Pathfinder: A Business Model Development Program, a revolutionary hybrid short course providing entrepreneurs the opportunity to ideate, test, and validate your business idea.

Participants will learn and apply key elements and principles any entrepreneur should consider when starting a venture. A group of industry professionals, serial entrepreneurs, and LEAN Startup experts will put your business idea to the test.

During the program, participants will complete a fully vetted business model canvas, work through a workbook of exercises to test and refine your business, and give a five minute pitch presentation. This program will provide participants with a pipeline into the National I-Corps program for high-growth startups, connections to the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and routes to future investment opportunities to fund business ideas.

The program costs $25 per person. Sessions 1-5 are conducted online. Sessions 6-9 will be held face-to-face. Dates and times for the in-person sessions will be determined in the coming weeks.

Technology start-up founders, lifestyle company founders, 21st century-focused family businesses, and growth minded business leaders are encouraged to apply. To register, click here.
