The OR IT team recently launched a new service to provide better customer service for the areas that they support. This new service, the OR Service Desk, is a portal where users can ask questions, read self-help articles on common issues, and interact with support staff throughout the University.

OR users gain the extra benefit of being able to view all their requests in one easy location, and support staff are now held to higher level of transparency and faster response times.

This new service is aimed at being your one stop shop for IT help. Check back in on it periodically to see what new articles have been created, or how your requests are progressing.
