Bolstering our national security.

They invented the world’s smallest engine.
It’s smaller than a dime. It’s thinner than a sheet of paper. And it should generate enough power to replace batteries in many portable electronics. The brainchild of Cecilia Richards, Robert Richards, and David Bahr (pictured standing), the “P3” reigns as the world’s smallest engine. This diminutive dynamo operates completely differently from any existing engine. Its micro proportions make it the ideal power-generation system for highly sophisticated devices used in our nation’s defense.
